It's not too difficult to subscribe to your Google Calendar, but Google sure doesn't make the process obvious.

Start by going to your Google Calendar's main page. Click the "Manage Calendars" link near the bottom of the left-side navigation section (see image below)

At the next screen, click the name of the Calendar you wish to subscribe to (see image below)

At the next screen, right-click the ICAL button in the "Private Address" section and select "Copy Shortcut" (IE Browsers) or "Copy Link Location" (Firefox, Mozilla, Etc.) (see images below)

You now have the Calendar URL on your "clipboard" and can paste it into the "Remote Calendar URL" field in iCalendar for Outlook.
